In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit audio, photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without consent. If the child is under 16, consent must be obtained from a parent / carer.

DDS occasionally uses photography for publicity purposes. We would like your permission to photograph/film/record audio of your child for possible inclusion in promotional material, website and other publicity material including social media.
